B&B Cherry - 1 lb.

Cherry is one of the "sweeter" smoking woods. Not so much "sweet" as in sugar-sweet, but a fruityness. Cherry is my first choice for pork, and tied for my second choice (just behind Pecan) with Maple for poultry.

B&B Cherry is a blend with Oak. So its a little bit less fruity up front, and more woody than the other 100% Cherry options. Resulting in a very slight more mild experience.
