BBQr’s Delight Sassafras - 1 lb.

Sassafras is an interesting wood choice. It's highly "regional" and thus falls into what I call an "always vs never" category, based entirely on people's experience with it. 

It has a pungent, slightly sweet prsence. Some people describe an almost "liccorice" quality. Works well on beef, pork and wild game.
