This is a pellet made from Oak Bourbon barrels. 

The skull's experience:
Don't let me talk you out of trying them. They are all great pellets in their own light. Some are sweeter, some almost "bacon-y" and some are simply fine represtations of their wood.
But while the various liquor-infused pellets may sound exciting, sadly, none of them impart any noticeable liquor flavor to your food. Its just a scientific improbability. The liquor components are just too low in concentration, and burn away too quickly to have any effect on your food.
You MAY notice a slight "nose" to some of them. But you really have to be looking for it.
