This is a new offering from Bear Mountain. 

Why I find it interesting: The "Bourbon Barrel" aspect is Oak. Combine that with Pecan, and the slight sweetness of maple, you have a blend that's very similar to the wods I use when i'm cooking briskets on my traditional, wood-burning offset smoker.
