Cookinpellets 100% Black cherry - 1 lb.

It's great on nearly everything. But cherry is my hands-down go-to for pork. Smooth transparent smokiness, with great color, and a mild sweet flavor. Also great for pourlty, and many people love it for beef as well!

This 100% BLACK cherry in particular is what i consider the "Goldilocks" of the cherry pellets. Not as "woody" as the B&B cherry and oak blend. And not quite as forward as the Lumberjack 100% cherry.
