Jack Daniel’s Mellowing Charcoal - 1 lb.

This is a really great charcoal pellet!
Not quite as transparent, and a little more wood flavor than Royal Oak. It's a great choice for about anything where you want the clean heat of charcoal, but with just a bit more wood presence.

The skull's experience: Please note! While the various liquor-infused pellets may sound exciting, sadly, none of them impart any noticeable liquor flavor to your food. It's just a scientific improbability. Any liquor components present are too low in concentration, and burn away too quickly to have any effect on your food. You MAY notice a slight "nose" to some of them. But you really have to be looking for it.  But don't let me talk you out of trying them. They are all great pellets in their own light. Some are sweeter, some almost "bacon-y" and some are simply fine represtations of their wood.
