This is an Oak-based pellet with real Basil, Sage and Thyme seasonings.
In my experience, I find the flavors to come at you in reverse order. Thyme first, followed by a SLIGHT bit of Sage. And to be quite honest, I don't notice the Basil at all. But everyone percieves flavors differently. I'd love to hear what YOU think.
Its a mostly multi-purpose pellet. I can't think of any food it wouldnt work decently with
