Kingsford Memphis BBQ (GPR) - 1 lb.

I have an ueasy relationship with this pellet. On one hand, it's a perfectly fine, hickory-blend pellet. And I enjoy the very, very slight rosemary notes that it imparts. On the other hand, I'm not sure what any of the elements in this pellet have to do uniquely with "Memphis BBQ?" and I don't really notice Paprika or Garlic in the cooked product.

So, aside from the name, i like it! And you might as well! Works best with Poultry and Beef in my experience.
