Knotty Wood Plummond - 1 lb.

This is an interesting pellet! Apparently the manufacturer got wind that people in BBQ-competition circles were manually mixing their Plum and Almond pellets. So they decided to produce a Blend of the two! Not just a bag of Plum and Almond pellets. The pellets are made from both Plum and Almond wood.

Bringing together the mild, buttery flavor of Almond, and the round fruitiness of Plum. This is a great multi-purpose pellet, that's done well with everything I've paired with it!

* Being (in most cases) a "full-tree" pellet, Knotty Wood products are much more flavorful than nearly every other brand of pellet. Not in smokiness, but in the characteristic flavor of the wood.
For use in the NInja Woodfire, I consider them superior to just about every other brand.
