Smokin' Pecan - Pecan SHELL Pellets

This is a very interesting Pellet. It seems dryer than most other wood pellets. And seems to "clear up" (meaning get past the "white smoke") faster than others.

Not much similarity at all to Pecan wood. It's probably closer to almond wood in taste, and It has a very toasty, and transparent flavor.
