Traeger LS 100% Maple - 1 lb.

Maple is one of my favorite woods for smoking.  It’s one of the more multi-purpose woods and is a good choice on nearly EVERYTHING. It’s especially good on more delicate foods like vegetables, seafood, and cheeses. But I REALLY like it for poultry! 
 
When I smoke turkey or chicken for customers, on my traditional wood smokers, Maple is the wood I use.
 
Traeger has released their “Louisville Slugger” pellet. It’s 100% Maple. Made from the same wood the classic baseball bat manufacturer uses for their namesake Maple bats.

To my knowledge, there is currently no other 100% maple pellet available, anywhere.
It’s a limited-production product, and I have it in limited quantities. So get it while you can. As I have no idea how long it will remain available.
