Wayne's Big Beef Combo

These are what I use to produce some of the best smoked beef i've had from the Woodfire!
Start with my "Morning Woods" Rub. Then try my three favorite pellets for beef:
BBQ Pellets Red+White Oak, Knotty Wood Almond Cabernet, and Smokin' Pecan - Pecan SHELL pellets.
